Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours unless it is the weekend. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday will not go out until Monday. Credit card purchases will take 24 hours to process (see payment policy below) and then will be shipped. Processing orders may be delayed if there are any discrepancies in shipping and billing information. Orders purchased using a credit card or Paypal can only be shipped to the address on file with the bank or verified address with Paypal.

Shipping cost is determined by the USPS shipping calculator. If you would like to know how much your shipping will total, add the product(s) to your cart. Underneath the cart you will see the available shipping options and prices.

Acceptable addresses

We currently only ship to the United States and select countries. If your country is not listed on the drop down menu during checkout or account creation then we do not ship to that country.

Currently we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We recommend having a friend or family member purchasing the order and having it mailed to them where they can then email it to you.

Domestic Shipping policy

Currently we offer 2-3 day Priority and 1 day Express for domestic orders. If you are unable to be available to sign for your package please arrange for your post office to hold your package so you can pick it up and sign for it then. We require signature confirmation on all orders.

International Shipping Policy

For international orders we offer Global Express which also comes with signature confirmation. Orders will be shipped within the 24-48 hour timeframe but shipping times will vary depending on your countries customs regulations. The customer is responsible for all duties/tariffs/taxes when an order is received in their countries customs. We will not claim a lesser value on any order.

Unclaimed orders

If an order is shipped back to us unclaimed then we will contact you regarding the matter. You will be required to pay for any additional shipping charges to have the order mailed again. If you decide to cancel the order it will be treated as a return and subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Payment Policies

Currently we accept credit cards, Paypal and check/money orders for payment.

Credit Card Policies

Orders placed with credit cards will be manually verified within 24 hrs that the address matches with the one on file with your issuing bank.  All orders placed with a credit card will be shipped to the address on file with your issuing bank. Processing your order may take additional time if we discover any discrepancies in the credit card information. If a discrepancy is found we will contact the issuing bank and verify information and/or contact you via telephone.

Paypal Policies

Orders placed with Paypal will be shipped to the customers verified address. Orders placed with bank drafts through Paypal will not ship until the funds have cleared. If an order is placed using bank drafts and the funds do not clear we require you to either use a credit card or send a check/money order.

Check/Money Order Policies

Orders placed with Checks will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.

Fraud Policies

To help prevent fraudulent purchases we have set these policies in order to protect both our business as well as our customers. We have a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent purchases and we will seek any lawful means for restitution. Purchases made fraudulently will be reported to local law enforcement as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation. All information including Name, Address, IP Address, ISP and payment information/documents will be provided to help in the apprehension and conviction of the perpetrator.

Chargeback Policy

To avoid fraudulent chargeback's we will charge your credit card $25 if you issue a chargeback and it is found in our favor.
