This is a replacement laser for the Thomson DVD drive model TGM600. If your drive is getting the Dirty Disk Error (DDE) then replacing it with this laser will fix your problem.
Other problems you may be having that this laser will fix includes;
Will only play certain CD/DVD disks
Skipping or freezing during play
Slow disk loading times
Included with this laser is a smaller version of my Xbox Repair Guide which will show you how to properly install it.
If your getting an error then you may want to pick up the Xbox Repair Guide before purchasing a replacement part. You may be able to repair the problem without having to replace any parts. If you purchase the guide and find out you still need a replacement part, there is a coupon to receive $10 off so you will not be losing any money for trying it out. Each laser is new and come directly from the manufacturer. Each laser comes with a 60 day warranty and you can optionally get an extended warranty for 1yr. If your laser goes bad after the first 60 day and you have an extended warranty you can send it in to me and I will replace it with a new one.
